Energy Update

Energy update,

We had it wrong all along.

We don't need to raise our frequency because our default frequency is that of the I AM.

In incarnating at this level we've wrapped a denser layer around this inner core that is have buried within.

Now it's just a case of remembering our original state and allowing it to come to the forefront from within. I think the image below give a good representation of this.

There is no movement as such. We're always in the same place and creation happens around us. Raising awareness and expansion actually happens in reverse. Its a going within.
