Ascension Logs, Latest update!

Insights into my ongoing research and resulting experiences as I move towards the Ascension event!

Today, I can feel a tremendous energy shift. I can feel a deep sadness rising from within. It's a sadness for humanity and the pain that is being felt because of the choice to remain with fear-based beliefs. I realise not everyone is choosing this reality consciously, but the numbers across the world that are choosing to remain in fearful beliefs are still great. I was told by the Source that there is a threshold that will be reached by the 20th of this month. The effects of this threshold will begin to be felt globally by the 18th. This threshold will be a spike in frequency that is going to cause a lot of discomfort, energetically. Emotional responses to this shift will be strong. I wasn't expecting to feel it this early in the week but then I'm quite sensitive, and I expect some of you will be feeling this too. It feels like we are heading towards a Dark Night of the Soul. It felt the same when I had my last one, and it is IMPORTANT to allow this to happen at this time. This clearing is very important. Take care and do what feels right for you!
