Energy shift Galore

A new level of energy arrived in the last two days. A subtle change at first, but with a lovely comfortable background feel to it. I'll compare it to a very low-grade blissful experience. It's as if the blissful state is lurking far off in the distance. Just out of sight.

Energy work

I'm constantly conducting experiments with energy and therefore monitoring any shifts or changes that occur daily. While working with the Heart centre, I noticed a much stronger return to my input. To top it all, my light body is now feeling so tangible that it's beginning to resemble my physical body in texture. As I engage the breath and redirect it through the heart centre, I'm feeling an immediate intense escalation of all energetic senses.

The crispness of the flow

Immediately, a massive magnetic force builds with each cycle. A freezing cold vortex of energy drills down into my chest and an equivalent expansion ensues. As I hold the the frequency in this state, a comfortable elation builds. With each corresponding cycle of The Breath, the frequency builds and begins to take on a Crispy/Crunchy texture. I identify this with an extremely high frequency and a precursor to an OBE. From past experience this is a state approaching ERF(Escape Resonance Frequency), where you consciously, and by choice, leave your body. This is also a firm indicator of the Blissful state being very close too.

...and Relax

After several cycles of this routine, and the magnetic force of my light body feeling beyond massive, I choose to settle down and surrender to the experience. As I do so, I can feel my entire Etheric spine is lit up like a Christmas tree. There's a fizzy feeling to the energy that engulfs my entire spine. As I'm writing this, I can feel this high frequency fizz in my mouth and lower jaw. My tongue feels ice cold. It is so high in frequency that it feels similar to when you've eaten a hot chilli. A few times, I've had to check myself and wonder, "Did I eat raw chilli?"

Conclusion

This high energy fizz is amazing. A strange after-effect that appears to linger. Let's see where we go next.
