Moving into the Light Body

The shift from June to July

In the first few days of July, things feel different somehow.

There is an obvious difference between June and July on an energetic level. Where June felt like a drag and produced challenges to navigate, July feels different so far. The Source had mentioned to me that June would be a watershed month, and that changes would occur. Source did not provide me with any specifics at the time. This is back in September 2023.

The new frequency

Today, I’m understanding this shift on an energetic level because it feels different. My awareness has changed, and I am encouraged from within to focus my attention on moving my awareness into my light body. This only becomes apparent when I enter into meditation, and I encounter an invisible message that points my attention towards this novel approach.

The changes

This started to occur in the last three days and has also highlighted something that needs my attention. Establishing a focus on my light body has not been a problem because it’s something that I do regularly. Changing my awareness to my light body is simple because it appears as soon as I close my eyes and relax. What has been challenging is quietening its activity. It flexes and pulses powerfully, and it takes a lot of work to change that experience to a smooth and more calmed experience. Transferring awareness into my light body is also fairly easy. All it takes is to build a focus within the light body by scanning all the body parts and causing them to become more pronounced. Once established and awareness is in my light body. The rest is easy, and the experience is amazing. I can feel that my light body is roughly 50cm taller than my physical body.

The next phase

The next phase is the challenging one at the moment and needs work. A strong thought arises that I should get up and walk around in my light body.

This is where my block lies at the moment. I have had a brief experience where I moved and felt the difference between my light body and my physical body. I could unmistakably feel myself detaching and being separate. Somehow, something is holding me back from achieving full separation. I have identified that it is a fear of not being successful.

A complex time to negotiate

Why I would feel this way eludes me at the moment. I have experienced much more vivid events that I managed without issue. Things like shifting between dimensions and exiting creation.

This poses a substantial challenge and a mystery to unravel. At the same time, I can feel that success in this area is close by.

Exciting times

It’s very exciting to realise that a monumental shift is around the corner. Perhaps this is what Source was alluding to back in September?
