New information and new energy levels

An excert from Book 3 in the Universal Truths series, The Ascension Logs:

...Changing pace, I pushed even harder into my head space. Raising the level of the force made it slightly uncomfortable, but I was determined to find an end game to this event.

The level of force grew and spread down into my chest with my physical head becoming eclipsed by the force. The cold energy continues to dominate and makes me cold all over. I feel like I need a hot drink to warm up my core.

All at once the memory or thought of teachings from my source teacher arrived to me. Words of power filled my head with the phrase given to me long ago. While working with the energy and exploring its aspects, the words of power kept appearing to me. Almost, taunting me to use them. At first, I hesitated and eventually giving in and choosing to use them. These foreign words were exactly just that to me, foreign. With no idea on how to use them or how to pronounce them, I had to decipher this puzzle for myself. I recited the phrase, experimenting with the pronunciation and looking for the correct frequency and tone.

As I wrestled with the words and finding its secret power, a triangle formed over my face. It encompassed my third eye and covered most of nose and upper jaw. The words of my teacher rang out from a distance and reminded me of the significance of this triangle. This is the place where the soul departs an incarnation. The exit point, and It’s part of a conscious mechanism that allows the soul to choose their departure on the next journey. The next level evolution with a conscious transition. By now many previous teachings became, almost live and flashed into view. Increasing personal frequency to achieve ERF and having full command of my energy, excited me, coaxed me further down this path of exploration.

I sped up my efforts and increased the intensity of the practice. Moving the force more vigorously up and down my head and chest increased the frequency many times more. I was on the right track, and I could feel my light body becoming denser and more physical. At one stage I almost fell out of my physical body by mistake, as I moved slightly to regain some comfort after being motionless for so long.

This recent upgrade undeniably opened a new avenue, and I was now far more in control of my physical and non-physical presence. I felt as if I had found a secret key to unlocking a major aspect.

Somehow, I felt no rush to proceed. The fact that I had the choice somehow meant more than the power to change myself and my environment.

Today, I rest easy in the knowledge and an immense personal inner power lies close beneath. The power of choice feels so much more, like relishing the last piece of cheese before it's gone!

Words of power = Mantra. *ERF = Escape Resonace Frequency. The frequency at which you need to be at consciously, to disconnect from your physical body.
