"As I moved my focus back into the physical, I felt my light body receding back towards my core. I could feel it shrinking around me, as shrink-wrap envelops its contents. It was a slow enough process for me to observe this happening. Once the energy had retreated below my skin, I could once again feel the coolness of the night air on my skin."

Insight

would like to emphasise that the feeling of the light body receding is solely an effect perceived, because in truth, this is not the case. Instead, it’s the awareness that settles back down into the physical body, giving the appearance of the light body receding. The Awareness is actually receding to only include the physical expereince.
