Your expression of how you're feeling is important so don't keep it bottled up.

Any "Disturbance" in your energy field needs to be moved in order to be transmuted and reinstate your natural Flow. Stagnant energy is the cause of ailments and it will drag you down energetically, if you Allow it.

The only way to combat it is to get this energy moving. A river is meant to flow unimpeded. Just like our personal energy is meant to move freely, and this movement takes place when we express our truth from the core. Simply ranting about Stuff doesn't cut it. Truth reveals the source of the Disturbance and then it is ready to be moved.

Be honest with yourself about what's getting you down. Focus on the area of the Disturbance and bring the Feeling to the Disturbance. Bring them together and only then, express it vocally. The energy has to pass through the throat energy centre to effectively clear the Disturbance. This is one of many methods to restore the Flow and guarantee the raising of personal frequency to ensure Spiritual growth.

Continue this process as a cycle, until you feel the change start to take place. Restore the Flow!

I recently travelled to another country to assist someone in desperate need of my help. Almost straight away I was bombarded by spirit with insight into the issue. On the first night, I received, in Meditation, a list of tasks and a sequence to follow. The next morning, I racked my brain, looking for an opening to broach the subject. It wasn't unexpected by the client but the insight I was given would surprise them. The tools required for the week's work were not new to me as I'd been using them for a long time. What really stood out on the fourth day of the treatment was the regression. I decided to use my standard script as it always delivers for me. Plus, spirit had my back, and would step in and add additional components if need be.

It turned out to be a truly an amazing session. I ended up re-uniting the client with their Higher Self. They hadn't realised this was the missing piece in their life.

I was very happy and grateful to the Source for using me as the facilitator in this wonderful reunion.

THERAPIES

I was working on a trauma-based issue with a client, and it became apparent a certain level of energy work was required in this case. I set up the space required and settled the client on the treatment table. I centred myself and accessed the universal energies. No sooner had I done that, when I felt something was different. Suddenly, the room got bigger and some Beings appeared from the 5th dimension. I observed as the room started to fill with other Beings. Most were standing as a group to the left of the room but one stood to the right and started to communicate with the group. I concentrated on my work and started to channel the energies and integrated them into the client's Aura. As I began moving with the Flow of energy, I understood that the single Being was a Master. He had brought his students to witness the energy work in our dimension and he was explaining this to them.

Later sessions involved the Masters conducting the session themselves, while I anchored the energy for them.
